College Indie Night
College Indie night is hosting 3 indie bands in late high school and early college at the University Boba Tea House. The sounds range from electronic music mixed with acoustic performance, jazzy prog rock, and even a grunge band! Tickets can only be purchased with CASH at the door. Tickets are $10.
Battle of the Bands
Venue: Union Hall, 1023 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL 33803
A competitive band showcase (3 or more people in a band) where youth present material, up to 5 songs, in three different categories: Best Original Act (all originals), Best Cover Band (all covers), and Best in Show (combination of originals and covers). Bands select their category prior to their performance. Prizes include D’Addario merch and items, plug-ins, instruments, and recording time! Battle of the Bands Auditions
Bands interested in participating in Battle of the Bands MUST complete a preliminary audition LIVE before they can participate in the official Battle of the Bands. Venue is TBD. Equipment will be provided: sound equipment, microphones, drum kit. NO AMPS ARE PROVIDED FOR THE AUDITIONS. Please visit the Festival Info page for registration information.
Winter Youth Music Festival '24
The Winter Youth Music Festival is a showcase of youth musicians from the Central Florida area. Coming off of our presentation in St. Petersburg on June 29th, the Winter Youth Music Festival seeks not only to showcase youth talent, but also educate and provide opportunity to our youth musicians by providing educations seminars as well as band photoshoots for those participating in the event. This is taking place at Wall Street Plaza in Downtown Orlando and is our “east coast” installation of the Cordero Music festivals. All proceeds benefit our lesson and instrument sponsorship programming. Tickets will be made available in early September. $20 for a weekend pass and $15 for a one day pass.

Pop Up Event! Cool Vibes and Music
Come on out and listen to some awesome music courtesy of Cordero Music artists! Family friendly and all ages are welcome. We will have a kids craft and game area that is fall themed. The event is free, but bring money to spend on the raffle, drinks, and food! All proceeds from the raffle benefit Cordero Music and our Winter Youth Music Festival! Hope to see you there!

Multicultural Festival
The Multicultural Festival is held in Downtown Winter Haven and hosts multiple performers, vendors, food trucks, and companies from the Polk County area. Cordero Music is a partner organization for this festival and is providing live sound and entertainment for this event. This is a FREE event to attend. Make sure to bring the family as this is a family friendly event and designed with kiddos in mind! We love being a part of amazing community events like this!

Summer Youth Music Festival
The Summer Youth Music Festival is all about showcasing youth musicians in a professional environment with real sound and lighting in front of industry professionals such as theme park advisors, indie music label owners, and venue owners. This is also a networking event so that musicians can gain connections with trying to book future gigs or recording experiences.
Jazz Jam Session
Steamin Jazz is hosting a Jazz Jam Session at Balmoral Resort in Haines City Florida. Bring your instrument and sit in with the house band! Play 2 standards with the band, network with other musicians, and enjoy some amazing music! $5 for all nonmusicians. Musicians with instruments get in for free! Make sure to buy a drink or some food to support our hosts! This is an ALL AGES event! Everyone is welcome to play. Piano and Drumkit are provided. Guitar amp, Bass Amp, and PA are provided. Please bring your own microphone if you plan on singing to help prevent the spread of germs!
